Qualifications

• Certified task and group trainer.
• WSET level 3 or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in luxury environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wines are tasted and ready; keep chillers at correct temps.
• Monitor wine orders, stock, par levels; rotate to minimize waste.
• Carry out inventories and temperature records; explain variances.
• Prepare mise en place and follow checklists for cleanliness.
• Attend tables during service; refill orders and build rapport.
• Communicate changes to wine lists with Beverage Manager.
