Job summary

Flyper in Dubai is seeking a skilled Sommelier to manage our wine program and help guests select the perfect pairings. The role requires strong knowledge of wines, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and wine list management experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
• WSET Level 3 Award or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the wine list and propose suitable pairings with menus.
• Provide excellent customer service and advise diners on wine selections.
• Suggest complementary dishes and wine pairings.
• Ensure glasses and equipment are kept clean and in good condition.
