Job summary

Cohere Inc. is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist based in Dubai to anchor regional IT operations. You will be the primary contact for internal employees, delivering white-glove technical support while managing identity, collaboration platforms, and SaaS systems.

Beyond day-to-day helpdesk tasks, you will use automation and DevOps practices to streamline user lifecycles, ensure secure access, and keep the workforce productive and secure.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English.
• 3-7 years of experience in help desk or internal IT support.
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Iru and Microsoft Intune.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience supporting Slack and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees and triage requests.
• Troubleshoot workstation, laptop, mobile, and basic network issues for on-site and remote staff.
• Provide calm, clear support during incidents and document resolutions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows with secure access provisioning.
• Maintain and improve knowledge base and support procedures.
