Job summary

Kimpton Sevn Dubai seeks a Recreation & Spa Manager to lead spa, recreation, fitness, and wellness operations at a premier pre-opening luxury destination in Dubai. You will shape guest journeys and build a high-performing, service-driven team.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will establish SOPs, wellness programming, and brand standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and commercial performance across all wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotel spas, wellness resorts, or recreation operations.
• Previous Spa Manager, Recreation Manager, or Wellness leadership experience preferred.
• Pre-opening experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Wellness Leadership & Standards: Support the execution of the hotel's wellness and lifestyle vision.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily spa, recreation, pool, and fitness center operations and guest experiences.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire spa and recreation colleagues, with recruitment and training.
• Pre-Opening Wellness Excellence: Support recruitment and development of the pre-opening wellness team and SOPs.
• Guest Experience & Wellness Programming: Develop wellness initiatives, fitness activities, and guest engagement programs.
• Financial & Operational Control: Manage budgets, revenue targets, and costs, maximizing wellness revenue.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Marketing, and F&B teams.
