Job summary

Kimpton Sevn Dubai is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team across guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. You will drive luxury standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in upscale hospitality with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, and ideally experience in pre-opening environments within Dubai/GCC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of housekeeping experience in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years in a senior housekeeping leadership role.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• GCC/Dubai experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead all housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public areas, laundry and back‑of‑house.
• Ensure rooms and spaces meet luxury brand standards.
• Develop, coach and manage a high‑performing housekeeping team.
• Maintain quality audits, brand standards and compliance.
• Coordinate pre-opening planning, recruitment and SOP development.
