Job summary

Kerzner International’s One&Only The Palm in Dubai seeks a Director of Wellness and Retail to lead the wellness, movement and longevity department, driving operational excellence and guest delight. You will set budgets, guide strategy with the General Manager, develop training for a high-performance team, and integrate wellness with marketing to create remarkable guest experiences.

This is a senior leadership role requiring 5+ years in wellness leadership and a proven track record in delivering

Qualifications

Certificate in Wellness Management required or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
MQA-approved trainer preferred.
Knowledge of wellness therapies is essential.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the wellness field.

Responsibilities

To manage the wellness, movement and longevity department, ensuring high standards of service and financial performance.
To prepare monthly financial and statistical reports for the General Manager, including proposals and budget monitoring.
To develop and submit an annual budget and business plan for the department in coordination with the General Manager.
To provide leadership and training to staff to maintain a highly motivated team delivering exceptional service.
To integrate the wellness department within the hotel marketing strategy and ensure strong internal and external representation.
