Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a Director of Wellness and Retail for One&Only The Palm, Dubai. You will lead the wellness, movement and longevity teams, shaping strategy, budgeting and guest experiences to exceed expectations at the resort.

The role requires strong leadership, a certificate in wellness management, and at least 5 years in the field; fluency in English and MQA trainer qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Wellness Management required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in wellness field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the wellness, movement and longevity department to ensure high standards of professionalism and financial performance.
• Maintain service quality and product standards in line with hotel operating standards.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for the department.
