Job summary

The Lana in Dubai is seeking a Wellness Host (Wellness Attendant) for Residences to join the Rooms - Fitness Center team. You will uphold exceptional guest service, assist with pool and wellness area operations, and contribute to a luxury experience across resident and guest interactions.

Ideal candidates will bring strong English communication, empathy, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to support our brand commitment and We Care philosophy.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality mindset and guest-centric approach.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Dorchester Collection culture and ensure guests receive the best experience.

• Maintain cleanliness of the Pool and Wellness Area for Residents and families.
• Assist with beverage delivery, pool area setup/teardown, and sun lounger arrangements.

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• You will be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool and Wellness Area by creating lifelong memories for our Residents and their families.
• You will assist with beverage delivery, open/closing and preparing the pool area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience.
