Job summary

One Palm at Jumeirah, part of Dorchester Collection, seeks a Wellness/Beach Supervisor to oversee pool, beach, and wellness areas in a luxury setting in Dubai. You will lead a team to deliver attentive, refined service for residents and guests, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and flawless presentation across outdoor and indoor spaces.

We Seek 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury environments and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club, or high-end residential environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong standards for luxury presentation and guest service in a high-end setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pool, Beach and Wellness areas and lead the team to deliver refined service.
• supervise opening/closing of facilities, coordinate beverage service and daily setup of sun loungers.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the day across indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Lead by example to create memorable, relaxing, and safe moments for residents and families.

What You’ll Do

• You will be responsible for overseeing the Pool, Beach, and Wellness Areas at One at Palm Jumeirah while leading your team to deliver an attentive, welcoming, and refined service, ensuring our residents and their families always enjoy a seamless and consistently luxurious wellness experience.
• You’ll also supervise the preparation, opening, and closing of the pool, beach, and wellness areas, coordinate beverage service, and oversee the daily setup and breakdown of sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the day.
• Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to lead by example and create memorable, relaxing, and safe moments for our residents and their families.

What You’ll Bring

• You’ll bring your positive energy, professional leadership presence, and passion for luxury wellness and beach operations to the role and the Residences team.
• You have a talent for guiding teams, creating relaxed yet highly secure environments, maintaining exceptional standards of luxury presentation, and ensuring consistent, thoughtful service delivery.
• You bring 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club, or high-end residential environment.
• Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work collaboratively with departments, and contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, leadership, and mutual respect.
• You are well organized, highly adaptable, and detail-focused, able to manage beach and wellness operations independently, handle scheduling, and handle daily challenges with minimal supervision.
