Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Dubai seeks a Welding Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience to drive growth in welding equipment, consumables and related industrial products. You will promote and sell to new and existing customers, conduct product presentations, and work to achieve ambitious monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in welding products, welding consumables, or industrial sales.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of welding products.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE/GCC industrial sales experience is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell welding equipment, welding consumables, and related industrial products.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the development and implementation of sales & marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales execution.
