Zohorecruit is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for special steel welding to expand our presence in the Middle East. You will drive sales, negotiate margins, identify new customers and build lasting relationships with key accounts.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, 3+ years of welding electrode sales experience, strong English, and the ability to present seminars and plans in coordination with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in selling special welding electrodes or related steel tools.
• Strong command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Sell, sell, sell and be measured on sales performance.
• Drive price negotiations to optimize margins.
• Identify and develop new customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs.
• Investigate and resolve customers' issues.
• Conduct seminars and presentations.
• Follow up and monitor payments.
• Plan, report and communicate with management and support functions.
• Create monthly plans and long-term strategies with management.
