Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for Wealth Coverage to oversee day-to-day client servicing, process account openings, and coordinate investment bookings and redemptions for high-net-worth clients.

You will support RMs, manage walk-ins at wealth centers, ensure compliance (KYC/AML), and work with Investment Advisors, Operations and Compliance to deliver accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management client servicing and transaction processing.
• Strong operational and client servicing skills with focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including KYC and AML.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage client service requests including account opening, documentation, investment bookings, and redemptions.
• Oversee investment bookings, redemptions, and fund transfers for priority/private banking clients.
• Maintain MIS reports and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support walk-in clients at wealth coverage centers and assist with inquiries.
