Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Alain is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage to support front-line teams in handling client requests and transactions for priority and private banking clients. You will oversee day-to-day client servicing, including account openings and investment bookings.

Collaborating with Investment Advisors and Operations, you will ensure timely, accurate processing, maintain RM MIS reports, and comply with KYC/AML.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing client transactions, investment products, and account management in wealth management.
• Strong operational and client servicing skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, senior leaders, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML, and experience in adhering to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior RM/RM in processing client requests for NTB acquisition.
• Process and manage client service requests including account opening, client documentation, investment bookings and redemptions, and funds transfers.
• Ensure all client transactions are processed timely, accurately, and in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and due diligence comply with policies.
• Assist in tracking and reporting NTB acquisition efforts and targets.
• Oversee processing of investment bookings, redemptions, and fund transfers for priority/private banking clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.
• Generate investment reports and client statements accurately and on time.
• Support day-to-day operational aspects of international wealth coverage business and maintain SOP compliance.
• Attend to walk-in clients at priority/private banking centers and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors, Operations, Compliance to ensure efficient processing of requests.
• Support onboarding of NTB clients into priority/private banking segments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; monitor KYC/AML-related matters.
