Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Wealth Coverage in UAE & International markets. Based in Alain, you will drive client acquisition and manage relationships in Priority and Private Banking, targeting HNWIs/UHNWIs both locally and internationally.

You will cross-sell wealth solutions and liabilities, leveraging ADIB's global network to identify opportunities and deliver bespoke solutions while ensuring compliance and strong revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking, or private banking.
• Strong understanding of wealth products, client lifecycle, and regulatory context.
• Proven ability to acquire and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source NTB clients within Priority and Private Banking segments, aligned with wealth management criteria.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop a personalized client acquisition approach based on goals and risk profiles.
• Engage with clients via internal networks, branches, events, and marketing initiatives.
