You will source wealth and liability products, leverage the bank's global network, and lead onboarding with strict regulatory compliance while aiming to grow AUM and cross-border business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking, or private banking.
• Strong understanding of wealth products and liability solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for wealth management.
• Ability to source new clients and manage high-net-worth relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source NTB clients within Priority and Private Banking.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop personalized client acquisition strategies.
• Engage with clients via outreach, networks, events, and branches.
• Promote wealth and liability products tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with product specialists and credit teams to develop bespoke solutions.
• Leverage the bank's international network to source cross-border opportunities.
• Lead client onboarding with complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Achieve targets for wealth revenues and portfolio growth.
• Represent the bank at events to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
