Qualifications

• University degree or a recognized professional certificate.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management or financial planning.
• Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services.
• Experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients via outbound and inbound activities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell to deepen wallet share.
• Develop wealth management solutions for Priority Banking clients.
• Assess client risk profiles and match solutions accordingly.
• Promote ADIB Priority Banking services across branches.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Lead and participate in risk reviews and documentation quality.
