Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to attract, deepen, grow and manage financial relationships with affluent clients. You will work in a team-based environment to provide complete wealth and banking solutions using ADIB’s retail products.

Role requires a minimum of 5 years in UAE banking, strong sales experience, and knowledge of UAE regulations. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and ensure high service standards across branches while mitigating risk and ensuring strict

Qualifications

• University degree or a recognized professional certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of related UAE banking experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.
• Experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail.
• Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and risks.
• Certifications listed: UAE Financial Rules, IFWI Level 3, Risk in Financial Services, Advanced Wealth Management Level 4.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business via outbound marketing activities, gold center contacts and existing network.
• Increase team revenue and productivity by cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Acquire new to bank customers and identify potential expansion locations.
• Convert inbound/outbound leads to sales and promote financial products.
• Build trust with key customers and maintain a loyal referral pool.
• Review credit applications and ensure documentation quality.
• Identify risk trends and advise process improvements.
