Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Technical Support professional with 7+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets and Digital Wealth platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders, product teams and technology groups to ensure delivery, support and optimization of wealth management applications.

This role covers L2/L3 production support, incident investigation within SLAs, RCA, monitoring health and batch jobs, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management technology.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Core Banking operations.
• Experience with Business Analysis and Production Support roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage L2/L3 support for Wealth Management applications / Finacle knowledge.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and service availability.
• Support production releases, deployments, and post-implementation.
