The ideal candidate has strong Oracle SQL/PL SQL skills, Unix/Linux proficiency, and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Finacle experience: minimum 3 years with Finacle 10x or higher versions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands.
• Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and RCA for application-related issues.
• Experience in ensuring production issue resolution within SLA timelines.
• Workflow maintenance and configuration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities
