Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Analyst focused on Wealth Management, Trading, or Banking domains. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting BRDs/FRDs, mapping processes, and supporting delivery across wealth and trading platforms.

You will work with Product Owners, Development, QA, and stakeholders through the SDLC, facilitate workshops, and validate solutions with SIT/UAT. Strong BA artifacts knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience across wealth management, trading, or banking domains.
• Proficient in producing BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases and process maps.
• Understanding onboarding, deposits, lending, statements, and trading workflows.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Swagger and Postman.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Wealth Management, Trading, or Banking domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of enhancements across wealth and trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth and trading platforms.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Brokerage/Trading, and Investment products.
• Experience in preparing BA artifacts such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Maps.
• Understanding of banking and investment workflows, including onboarding, deposits, lending, statements, and trading processes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Swagger, and Postman.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Trading, Brokerage, or Banking domains preferred.
• BA certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent are an advantage.
