Qualifications

• 3-6 years relevant experience in banking/operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to support banker teams and clients.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues and communicate results clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions.
• Knowledge of investments, banking and credit products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with team guidance.
• Manage and execute client transactions in line with audit and compliance standards.
• Own client investigations and collaborate with operations and middle office for resolution.
• Coordinate account maintenance and reporting across products and systems.
• Uphold banking policies to ensure integrity and high client satisfaction.
• Schedule client visits and perform service quality check-in calls.
• Develop new client relationships and seek referrals for banker or product specialists.
• Use Citi applications and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues transparently.
