Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client Account Relationship Management and review customer needs to validate understanding and resolve issues.
• Execute day-to-day customer service activities ensuring adherence to Citi’s policies and guidelines.
• Advise clients to enrich relationships and mobilize funds to buy products/services.
• Review product penetration and identify potential clients for tailored products.
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through client engagements and follow-up documentation.
• Drive digitization strategy by preparing clients to be digitally equipped.
