Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client servicing.
• Handle and provide timely resolution to client issues including but not limited to KYC.
• Onboarding.
• Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
• Coordinate and follow-up across internal departments to solve client needs.
• Provide feedback to clients related to emerging product needs.
• Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made.
• Support Citigroup's reputation and safeguarding of clients and assets by driving compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
