Job summary

• Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
• Coordinate and follow-up across internal departments to solve client needs.
• Provide feedback on product needs, competitive practice and process improvement.
• Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, Citi policy and safeguarding assets.
