UBS in Dubai is seeking a Client Account Manager CST to join the Client Service Team in the Advisory Office Dubai. You will manage daily client servicing, process orders across stocks, FX, loans and deposits, and perform account openings and closures.

The role requires wealth management experience, strong relationship skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment within a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualificações

• Experience in wealth management and client-facing roles.
• Exposure to Saudi market is a plus; CAM experience is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of DIFC regulations is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily client servicing and deliver high-quality service.
• Be the entry point for processing client orders (stocks, FX, loans, deposits).
• Perform account maintenance: openings/closings, KYC, due diligence.
• Research, follow up, and resolve client inquiries with internal partners.
• Support client advisors with administrative, legal, and compliance tasks.
• Mitigate risks and raise red flags when needed.
