Job summary

OME Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Executive / Recruiter to own the recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR records, visas, and compliance in a fast-paced real estate environment.

OME Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the recruitment process while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate meetings with management
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
• Manage onboarding and employee records
• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related HR matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
• Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and other employee documentation
• Support employee relations and workplace policies
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management
• Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR procedures and processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required
• Real estate or UAE-based recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment process
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Good understanding of UAE HR administration and employment documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proactive, responsible, and confident in dealing with candidates and management
• Fluent English is required; Turkish is preferred
