OME Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Executive / Recruiter to own the recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR records, visas, and compliance in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required.
• Real estate or UAE-based recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment process.
• Fluent English; Turkish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, portals, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate meetings with management.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding and employee records.
• Handle attendance, leave and HR matters.
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, and other documentation.
• Develop recruitment pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR procedures.
