Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end 360° recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and assessments.
• Explain commission-only structure and business model to candidates.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring requirements and targets.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring performance.

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting high-performing commission-based Real Estate Agents, while also managing the complete recruitment cycle and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience recruiting within the real estate industry and, most importantly, be confident and capable of hiring agents on a 100% commission-only basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end (360°) recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and joining.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
• Clearly communicate the company's commission-only structure, expectations, and business model to prospective agents.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Support employee/agent documentation and other HR-related processes.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, joining ratios, and overall hiring performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience within the UAE/Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate recruitment market and available talent pool.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Good knowledge of general HR operations and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Immediate availability / ability to join immediately is mandatory.
