Job summary

We One FZE in Dubai seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee camp sites, maintain operations, coordinate third-party vendors, and ensure safety compliance.

You will handle cash and revenue processes for bookings, manage equipment and procurement, and lead staff to deliver reliable FM services across all sites.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in FM or Property Management and 3–5 years of relevant hospitality/ops experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in camp management, FM, property management, or related hospitality/operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operational activities across all camp sites; address and resolve facility complaints.
• Manage new room requests and third-party rooms; coordinate and monitor third-party service providers (shops, Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.).
• Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contracts.
• Manage cash collections for room rent, car parking, and recreation bookings; handle RFI and tax invoice processes for camp collections.
• Oversee bookings for gym, swimming pool, ground activities, and sports events; coordinate payments and scheduling.

Facility Maintenance & Complaints Handling

Oversee maintenance and operational activities across all camp sites Address and resolve facility complaints efficiently

Camp Operations & Third-Party Management

Manage new room requests and 3rd party rooms Coordinate and monitor third-party service providers shops Wi-Fi laundry etc Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contracts

Cash Collection & Revenue Management

Manage cash collections for room rent car parking and recreation bookings Handle RFI and tax invoice processes for camp collections

Recreation Facility Management

Oversee bookings for gym swimming pool ground activities and sports events Coordinate payments and ensure smooth scheduling of facilities

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Provide excellent service to tenants and recreation users Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction

Help Desk & Staff Coordination

Manage daily operations for FM activities and camp management Coordinate staff and support teams for smooth functioning

Procurement & Administrative Support

Support procurement activities related to FM and camp projects Maintain administrative records and documentation

HSE & Safety Compliance

Implement HSE-related activities and ensure safety protocols are followed Monitor PTW and other safety-related processes

Coordination of Infrastructure Activities

Oversee 3rd party work in infrastructure and camp development projects

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or Property Management

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in camp management, facilities management (FM), property management, or a related hospitality/operations role.
