Job summary

BuyDubai is a leading European real estate company specializing in Dubai property. We are seeking Real Estate Brokers focused on ready properties to build a listing portfolio and close deals with international buyers.

Experience not required, but drive and resilience matter as we train you to win listings and manage end-to-end transactions. You will operate in a dynamic market with strong European client base and back-office support from our European offices.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence is required or preferred.
• Dubai transfer process understanding or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source and win listings directly from property owners
• Price properties right based on real transaction data
• Match European investors with ready properties that generate rental income from day one
• Run viewings, negotiate offers and bring both sides to a signed MOU
• Manage the full transaction through to transfer, including mortgage and NOC coordination
• Keep your pipeline clean and every follow up on time
• Know your communities and buildings better than anyone else
• Build long-term relationships. Today's buyer is tomorrow's seller

We are looking for Real Estate Brokers focused on ready properties who want to build their own listing portfolio and close deals with serious international buyers. Experienced or just starting out, what matters is that you want to be really good at this.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source and win listings directly from property owners

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in the Dubai secondary market is a strong advantage, but not a must
• Valid RERA certification (BRN) or readiness to obtain it
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Understanding of the Dubai transfer process, or the drive to learn it fast
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence with both owners and buyers
• Discipline, ownership and hunger for results
