Job summary

Area Experts Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant - Secondary Market to join our growing team. You will assist clients with buying, selling and renting in Dubai's secondary market and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of Dubai market experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a professional, consultative sales style. UAE driving license preferred; RERA certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in Dubai's Secondary Market Real Estate.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused, professional, consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai's secondary market.
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and manage the sales process end-to-end.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions.
• Work closely with marketing teams to generate and convert leads.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market developments.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
