Job summary

Skatch inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled watchmaker to assemble, customize, and repair timepieces, from swapping dials and bezels to regulating movements.

You will work with small components under magnification, maintain clean benches, and communicate with clients on build requests and repair timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience modding or repairing watches (hobbyist or professional).
• Comfortable working with small components under magnification; steady hands and patience.
• Familiarity with aftermarket watch parts and suppliers.
• Basic movement servicing skills: oiling, regulation, case/crown/crystal work.
• Bonus: experience with watchmaking tools (movement holders, hand-setting tools, case openers, timegraphers).
• A genuine interest in watches and craftsmanship.
