Job summary

Luxurious Maison in Al Ain, UAE is seeking a skilled Watch Technician to join our boutique watchmaking team. You will assemble, customize, and repair timepieces with precision and care, aligning builds with reference specs and delivering quality craftsmanship.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with watches, magnification work, and familiarity with aftermarket parts. A portfolio or examples are welcome to demonstrate your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and customize watches: swap dials, hands, bezels, chapter rings, crystals and cases.
• Service and regulate mechanical movements; perform casing, lubrication, water-resistance testing, and quality checks.
• Diagnose and repair customer watches, including timing adjustments and part replacements.
• Maintain builds consistent with reference specs and keep a clean, organized workbench.
• Communicate with customers on custom build requests and repair timelines.

We re a watch business based in Al Ain UAE specializing in custom and modified timepieces We re looking for a skilled Watch Technician to join our team If you ve got sharp hands an eye for detail and a passion for watches we want to hear from you

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and customize watches swap dials hands bezels chapter rings crystals and cases
• Service and regulate mechanical movements Perform casing lubrication water-resistance testing and quality checks on finished builds
• Diagnose and repair customer watches including timing adjustments and part replacements
• Keep builds consistent with reference specs and maintain a clean organized workbench
• Communicate with customers on custom build requests and repair timelines

Bonus: experience with watchmaking tools (movement holders, hand-setting tools, case openers, timegraphers). A genuine interest in watches and craftsmanship.
