INTERLINX DMCC in Dubai seeks a passionate Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our premium showroom, guiding clients through exquisite timepieces and fine jewelry.

You will build rapport via clienteling, exceed weekly and monthly targets with consultative service, handle POS transactions, assist with stock, and maintain flawless store presentation in line with luxury brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–4 years in retail, preferably luxury watches/jewelry.
• Skills: exceptional verbal communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Aesthetics: keen eye for trends in luxury watches and jewelry.

What You Will Do

• Clienteling & Outreach: Proactively drive store traffic by engaging your personal network, reconnecting with past customers, leveraging social media, and utilizing corporate databases.
• Customer Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, understand their needs, and share comprehensive product knowledge to build lasting trust.
• Drive Sales: Actively meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by delivering persuasive, consultative service.
• Store Operations: Complete point-of-sale (POS) transactions, manage billings, and assist with precise daily cash reconciliations.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain flawless store presentation and showcase luxury collections according to premium brand standards.
• Inventory Control: Participate in regular stock counts, track inventory levels, and minimize stock shrinkage.

What Qualifies You for the Role

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in high-end watches (new or pre-owned), fine jewelry, or luxury fashion.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, a friendly demeanor, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Aesthetics: A keen eye for trends and current luxury market dynamics especially in watches and jewelry.
• Attributes: initiative, self-learning apart from training, communication, and high sense of follow up.
