Job summary
A leading water treatment company based in Sharjah is seeking a technician to provide customer support and technical assistance. You will perform maintenance and repairs on electromechanical systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain service documentation. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electromechanical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and junior technicians.
- Ensure all service activities meet company quality standards.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.
