Job summary

Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment in Dubai seeks a Product/Warranty Specialist to manage product information, specs, and OEM coordination, while overseeing warranty claims and service contracts. You will prepare quality reports, analyze failures, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, OEMs, and customers on technical issues, ensuring timely issue resolution and data-driven improvements in our after-sales

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicles / Heavy-Duty Trucks / After Sales / Warranty.
• Strong technical, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and automotive warranty processes.
