• Proven experience designing, developing, and running wargames or operational training scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end wargames and exercises for customers and partners.
• Lead planning, execution, and recovery of multi-day Wargaming Exercises.
• Build and maintain a library of wargame scenarios and content across tools.
• Develop structured After-Action Reviews and feedback loops to drive improvements.
• Provide input to product and engineering teams to enhance wargaming platforms.
