Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer (TOPS) for Abu Dhabi, UAE, initially based in London during construction of a new simulation center. You will deploy immersive AR/VR and hardware solutions, run multi-day wargaming exercises, and work with EDGE and the Emirati MoD to meet customer needs.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong collaboration across teams, and travel. Eligibility for security clearance and willingness to work across regions are essential for

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in defense or tech environments.
• Strong problem solving, planning, rehearsals and troubleshooting skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain country background checks and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity with EDGE and the Emirati MoD to deploy hardware-software products.
• Support multi-day Wargaming Exercises, including deployment and issue triage.
• Own AR/VR, gaming engine and simulation software deployment at events and exercises.
• Design feedback loops and after-action reviews to triage requirements and issues.
• Provide input to product and engineering to improve features and configurations.
• Support end-users with content and integration into systems for effective demos.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, logistics, and engineering teams to improve delivery.
