Gulf Warehousing Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Team Leader in day-to-day operations and dark store activities in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate order fulfilment, stock accuracy, and timely dispatch within SLAs, while supervising warehouse staff and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch; monitoring inventory through cycle counts; coordinating with 3PLs and delivery teams;

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in 3PL, quick commerce, e-commerce or dark store operations preferred.
• Previous experience in team coordination or staff supervision is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Warehouse Team Leader in managing day-to-day warehouse and dark store operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure quick commerce orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the required SLAs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy reporting.
• Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products and maintain optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, delivery teams, and other operational departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor team attendance, shift allocation, productivity, and overall work performance.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices, product quality standards, and handling of damaged/expired items.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and operational discipline.
• Prepare daily operational reports on fulfilment, discrepancies, productivity, and pending activities.
• Identify gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
