Gulf Warehousing Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Team Leader in day-to-day operations and dark store activities in Dubai. Responsibilities include supervising receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch; monitoring inventory through cycle counts; coordinating with 3PLs and delivery teams;

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in 3PL, quick commerce, e-commerce or dark store operations preferred.
• Previous experience in team coordination or staff supervision is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the Warehouse Team Leader in managing day-to-day warehouse and dark store operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff involved in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure quick commerce orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the required SLAs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy reporting.
• Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products and maintain optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, delivery teams, and other operational departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor team attendance, shift allocation, productivity, and overall work performance.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices, product quality standards, and handling of damaged/expired items.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and operational discipline.
• Prepare daily operational reports on fulfilment, discrepancies, productivity, and pending activities.
• Identify gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), quick commerce, e-commerce, or dark store operations is preferred.
• Previous experience in team coordination or staff supervision is an advantage.
