Role Overview

ECCI is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and material operations for its aerospace and defence manufacturing programs. The role covers end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and cross-department coordination.

Candidates with experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing environments will have an added advantage, though motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and material handling


• Support inspection processes and ensure proper identification and traceability of materials


• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock documentation, and material-movement reports


• Issue materials to production teams with proper documentation and tracking


• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Quality departments


• Support warehouse organization and compliance with company procedures and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred


• Previous warehouse or stores operations experience


• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome


• Good understanding of inventory control, material identification, and traceability


• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation


• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage


• Strong coordination and communication skills
