Job summary

ECCI is hiring a Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and material operations for its aerospace and defence manufacturing programs. The role covers receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and cross-department coordination.

Candidates with experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing environments are preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and material handling.
• Support inspection processes and ensure traceability of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation.
• Issue materials to production with proper documentation and tracking.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality.
• Support warehouse organization and compliance with procedures.
