Job summary

Air Q in Abu Dhabi seeks a Warehouse Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage and issue of materials while maintaining reliable inventory records.

You will lead a warehouse team, coordinate with Production, AIT, Procurement, Planning, Quality and Finance to support material availability and inventory control; ensure HSE compliance and ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a technical environment preferred.
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Lead and organize the warehouse team; set priorities and monitor tasks.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded in ERP accurately.
• Maintain inventory records, identify and trace materials.
• Coordinate with Production, AIT, Procurement and Planning.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or obsolescence.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and safety compliance.
