Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for spare parts operations. You will manage on-site warehouse activities, integrate with the WMS, and ensure accurate inventory and timely fulfillment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years in automotive warehousing or logistics, strong cross-team communication, and proficiency with MS Office; English and Chinese skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of warehousing or logistics in automotive industry.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and oral English/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• On-site spare parts warehouse operations management, including coordination with WMS integration.
• Receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound operations; ensure timeliness and KPIs.
• Spare parts packaging planning, export packaging, and label management.
• Monitor export spare parts shipments; manage storage area, outbound waiting time and returns processing.
• Monthly settlement of warehousing and logistics costs; drive cost control and optimization.
• Manage warehousing and logistics service providers; conduct procurement evaluation and daily assessment.
• Oversee warehousing safety, including fire and material safety.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for spare parts warehouse management, including: on-site operations, WMS warehouse system integration, physical inventory, inventory aging management, and periodic inventory checks.
• Responsible for on-site spare parts warehouse operations management (including: receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound operations), ensuring operational timeliness and achieving various performance indicators.
• Responsible for spare parts packaging management, including: packaging plans, export packaging, and label management.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing export spare parts shipments, including: export spare parts storage area, outbound waiting time, and export spare parts return processing.
• Responsible for monthly settlement of warehousing and logistics costs, overall cost control, and cost optimization.
• Responsible for managing warehousing and logistics service providers, including: procurement evaluation and daily assessment.
• Responsible for spare parts warehouse safety management, including: fire safety and material safety.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of working experience in warehousing or logistics in automotive industry;
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, can effectively solve problems;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
