Wolfi's Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing and accurate stock handling in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help receive shipments, maintain organized shelving, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with the team to optimize space and keep the workspace clean and safe. The role emphasizes attention to detail, good communication, and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of stock management and order processing.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and document shop and sales orders for timely processing.
• Support stocktaking activities, including for new shipments, random spot checks, and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments (PO-based), inspecting materials, reporting any issues, and ensuring proper storage.
• Help optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled shelf arrangements for easy stock access.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards to ensure the warehouse remains clean and well maintained.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
