Qualifications

Trustbend Logistics, a leading logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and track products in the warehouse using inventory management systems. Ensure that stock is organized and readily available for orders.


• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.


• Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.


• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure that all items are handled with care to avoid product damage.


• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and industry safety standards. Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.


• Documentation: Complete necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and stock control. Update inventory and shipment records as required.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
