Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a warehouse operator to receive, process, and document shipments in a Dubai-based facility. You will ensure accurate records, prepare and verify essential shipping documents, and support stock checks while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires careful attention to discrepancies, good English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments with accurate documentation.
• Address discrepancies in purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Record and track all receipts in the receiving tracker.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading).
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Package finished products for on-time dispatch.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely collection.
• Ensure proper documents for shipment collection.
• Support loading and unloading activities safely.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Support local production and manufacturing.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse for accessibility.
• Arrange products for easy access and retrieval.
• Inspect storage areas regularly to prevent clutter.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process all shipments and ensuring correct documentation.
• Address any discrepancies identified in the purchase order and incoming documents related to the system receiving.
• Recording and tracking all receipts of goods and materials in the receiving tracker, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Exchange, etc.).
• Track and monitor shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Packaging of finish product and on time packing.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring timely collection.
• Ensure the proper documents for the shipment collection.
• Supporting loading and unloading activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Support for the local production/manufacture.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized systematically to maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Arrange products in a structured manner to facilitate efficient access and retrieval.
• Regularly inspect storage areas to prevent clutter and maintain proper order.
• Designate clear pathways to allow safe and quick movement of goods.
