Job summary

LINKVIVA in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a freelance, temporary contract to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination.

You will log goods in Odoo or other ERP, organize storage, support stock audits, and liaise with logistics, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely order fulfillment for live events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 23 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Odoo and Excel or similar inventory management tools.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: receive, verify, and record incoming goods; maintain stock levels and data in ERP systems.
• Logistics Coordination: coordinate with Logistics Team for shipments, prepare documentation, and plan dispatch.
• Procurement & Requests Support: process internal material requests and liaise with Procurement Team.
• Administrative Duties: maintain warehouse records, reports, and safety compliance; provide status updates.

About the Role

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LINKVIVA warehouse ensuring efficient inventory control documentation and coordination across logistics procurement and project teams.

This role plays a critical part in supporting LINKVIVAs event and production projects by ensuring that materials equipment and consumables are tracked processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

What Youll Do

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Receive record and verify incoming goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock movements in Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Ensure items are properly labeled stored and organized for easy retrieval.
• Support periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with the Logistics Team for shipment consolidation truck loading and dispatch planning.
• Prepare and verify documentation for outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor item returns from sites and ensure condition checks and restocking.

Procurement & Requests Support

• Process internal material requests from various departments.
• Liaise with the Procurement Team to follow up on pending deliveries.
• Support the preparation of purchase requests and ensure timely follow-through.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain warehouse records logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and operational SOPs.
• Provide daily or weekly warehouse status updates to the Operations or Project Manager.

About You

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or Supply Chain Management

23 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration (preferably in events production or construction)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Odoo Excel or similar inventory management tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Available on short notice for project-based assignments

UAE driving license is an advantage
