Job summary

LINKVIVA seeks a Warehouse Coordinator for a freelance position at AUH, Abu Dhabi. You will own day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inbound/outbound flows, and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure on-time event readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and transport, performing cycle counts, and upholding HSE standards in a fast-paced events environment. Onsite work with flexible hours during event periods.

Qualifications

• 35 years experience in warehouse/dispatch operations (events/production/logistics) in UAE.
• Proficient with Odoo (or similar WMS/ERP) and barcode workflows.
• Strong knowledge of picking, packing, cycle counting and transport coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock in Odoo and conduct cycle counts.
• Book inbound deliveries, inspect quality/quantities vs PO, raise discrepancies.
• Pick, pack and stage according to event load lists; prepare delivery notes.
• Coordinate with transport, vendors and site teams for pickups/returns.
• Keep safety, MSDS, signage; enforce 5S and safe lifting rules.
• Provide weekly AUH Warehouse updates to project teams.

Role Purpose

As WarehouseCoordinator AUH you will own the daytoday operations of our AbuDhabi warehouse ensuring events go out on time in full and in excellent inbound and outbound flowsmaintaininventory accuracy coordinate basic warehouse repairs liaise withvendorsand transport providers and keep the facility safe and auditready.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Systems

• Maintainaccuratestock in Odoo (receipts transfers picking returns adjustments).
• Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock takes; investigate variances and post corrections.
• Set andmaintainpar levels for fastmoving items (consumables cabling staging spares).

Inbound(GRN)

• Book inbound deliveries inspect quality/quantities versus PO; raise discrepancies (short / over / damage).
• Label andlocateitems; update rack/bin locations in Odoo.

Outbound & Event Support

• Pick pack and stage according to event load lists.
• Prepare delivery notes/CMRs; coordinate pickups/returns with transport and site teams.
• On return from site: derig inspect condition quarantine damages/missing and process returns in Odoo.

Warehouse Operations

• Keep racking aisles staging zonesorganised(5S);maintainwarehouse equipment (pallet jacks ladders basic tools).
• Coordinate small repairs and cleaning; raise maintenance tickets for larger issues.
• Manage consumables (tape shrink labels) and PPE stock.

HSE & Compliance

• Enforce safe lifting and workingatheight rulesmonitorcorrect use ofequipment;maintain MSDS and signage.
• Conduct weekly safety walks and checklists; keep fire exits clear and extinguishers indate.
• Report incidents/nearmisses;participatein toolbox talks.

Vendor & Transport Coordination

• Book couriers/trucks; compare quotes/SLAs; track ontime pickup/arrival.
• Liaise with rental suppliers for temporary gear; manage offsite storage if needed.

CrossTeam Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Managers Fleetteamand Finance (PO/GRN returns damage claims).
• Provide a concise weekly AUH Warehouse update (outbound schedule risks shortages).

Qualifications & Experience

• 35years experience in warehouse/dispatch operations preferably in events/production/logisticsin the UAE.
• Proficient with Odoo (or similar WMS/ERP) Excel/Sheetsand barcode/label workflows.
• Strong knowledge of picking packing cyclecountingand transport coordination.
• ValidUAE forkliftlicenseis a plus (or willingness to certify).
• UAE drivinglicense.
• Englishrequired; Arabic is an advantage.
