Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an administrative support professional to enable nursing and medical staff to focus on quality clinical care. You will handle ward administration, patient intake, and insurance details while ensuring stock sufficiency and patient satisfaction.

Candidate must have a High School Diploma; Secretarial or Basic Nursing background is advantageous. At least 1 year in a similar role in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
• Secretarial Diploma and/or Basic Nursing background will be anadvantage

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the ward/unit.
• Provide patient administration support.
• Receive patients into the ward/unit.
• Ensure that clinical and non-clinical stock is sufficient and effectively controlled.
• Actively promote patient satisfaction.
• Ensure that the medical insurance information of patients is up to date and correct.
